Thursday, September 04, 2008 anyw, nike+ human race was not very great on sunday. first it was the rain (but stopped before the run, but hey, rain always causes bad ache on my knee !), next it was the congestion !!! argh.... their organization is damn bad lar. i hated the routes. its damn squeezy. its like we run stop run stop throughout to pass the congestion. but this is the first year they are organizing, so i shall not blame them. it causes a quite bad timing.  i swear i'm gonna train to knock that extra 12 mins down. but still its quite cool, i'm the 161141st runner in the world ! out of a million. haha. i shall not post any photo of us before run cos we looked fugly. haha. anyw, during the race, me and ql saw our eye candy again. which we talked quite a lot about during and before the race day with sunny and it turned out to be one of the most hilarious conversation.  he's the first one.... but i think this pic he damn cannot make it. i'll post a more shuai one.  shuai right??? me and ql think he's shuai but sunny dun think so eh. but sunny say he might be gay !! eww. why all gd looking guys must be gay??? (sunny not counted !! haha) but anyway, he's ben pulham. a professional triathlete. he's the trainer during nike+ training runs.  nike huan ying ni ? haha. {10:51:00 am}
